Procedure:  Because of security and privacy reasons, only you can request your processor to "build a file for the terminal you are purchasing.  Once you have received that information provide that information to us by adding it to the charge agreement page that we submit to you .  No verbal orders accepted.  No Exceptions.

Important: Terminals shipped Loaded with your merchant account application. Not recommended to install on lines with 'call waiting'.  If you require a PABX code (#9) to get a dial tone, you may need to add that at your location. You may also need to adjust Time/date based on your time zone.    
Purchaser must provide file(s)/application(s) Information  for download.

Refund Policy:  Since all equipment leaves our location with the program you requested us to download into your equipment, All sales are final.  No Refunds. 
Charge agreement must be signed and correct billing address AVS and CVV2 must be present. You will see Merchant ID.com on your credit card statement.
